Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • For Freemium product, the user can start using the platform for uploading and assessing the candidates as per the limit mentioned in the pricing page. Post limit, the employer is billed as per the usage

  • For Assess and engage, no refund/cancellation would be permitted after the payment.

  • For source and engage :

    • An employer may request a 100% refund within 30 days of their purchase if Mycampus.tech is not able to source any candidate.

    • If fewer candidates are sourced, the employer is billed as per the charges mentioned per candidate.

    • If the employer has independently sourced and initiated the assessment section, the subscription is converted to assess and engage and charged accordingly.

  • For Source, Assess and Engage :

    • An employer may request a 100% refund within 30 days of their purchase if Mycampus.tech is not able to source any candidate.

    • If fewer candidates are sourced, the employer is billed as per the charges mentioned per candidate.

    • If the employer has independently sourced and initiated the assessment section, the subscription is converted to assess and engage and charged accordingly.

  • In case of violation of any Terms and Conditions, Mycampus.tech reserves the right to refuse or cancel the refund request.
